1️⃣ No Recording Policy

Recording any part of the session (audio, video, screenshots, screen recording) is strictly prohibited. Producing or circulating recordings is a punishable offence under law. Legal action may be taken if this rule is violated.

2️⃣ Payment Policy

Full payment is required to confirm an appointment. Payment must be made prior to the session.

3️⃣ No Negotiation / No Refund Policy

No negotiations will be entertained. Once booked, no refunds will be provided for cancellations, rescheduling, or missed sessions.

4️⃣ Follow-Up Policy

One follow-up / clarification session of 15 minutes is allowed after 15 days, only if pre-booked. Extra time will be chargeable.

5️⃣ Behaviour Expectations

Respectful communication is mandatory. Any form of abusive or inappropriate behaviour will lead to immediate cancellation of future access.
